FoggyBottomOutdoors Welcomes Everyone To The Great Outdoors
We are very excited about our new adventure and hope that you will enjoy it as much as we enjoy bringing it to you. We hope to share with you our memories of past adventures in the field and new exciting adventures in the great outdoors.
We will also have tips, tricks, stories, photographs, videos, news and much more interesting information. So feel free to drop by anytime if you love to hunt whitetail deer, fish for white bass when they are spawning up river, camping, or just sitting on the front porch reminiscing about the time that big one got away, or if you like to just grill outdoors. Hunting for wild hogs, squirrel , bear, rabbits, turkey, you name it, it’s on our to do list. You like to fish you say, we do to, we are gonna get after some big flat heads, hybrids, bream, crappie, reds, trout, shark, salmon, red snapper, the list goes on. Like they say “a bad day fishing is better than a good day at work!”
I remember the first time my dad took me deer hunting. It is a memory that I will always cherish. My senses came alive that morning as the sun slowly came up over the frosty hardwood ridge. The smell of the woods, the birds singing, the squirrels playing, the peace of the great outdoors was very special and I knew that day that I wanted to go back deer hunting every chance I got. The time that we get to spend with love ones and friends in the great outdoors forms a special bond that I believe can only created in the wonderful world of nature. As I grow older I cherish every trip to the field more and more. In todays hectic life everyone needs a little time to get away from the rat race and feel the peace and experience the beauty and relaxing calm in the the fresh air and wildlife habitat. That’s why we should take a child or friend or love one that might not have the chance to otherwise, so let’s do so every chance we get.
This is a very new adventure for us, and we are working on many different aspects to make sure that you stop by and kickback and relax with us at FoggyBottomOutdoors often.
We are working on starting a charity to help people who want to experience their dream adventure but may not have the means to do so. We are very excited about this and will keep you posted in the near future and look forward to making it happen soon.
If you have stories, pictures, videos, or anything you would like to share feel free to contact us and we will be glad to get them on here so everyone can see your big catch or big buck you got deer hunting, or your sons first turkey, whatever it may be.
Thanks so much for stopping by and visiting and we hope you will come back soon.
Now we ought to just get started with some pictures and a story of a recent hunt, that is lets say “a little quality deer management”.
My buddy Brad was on a deer hunt on our club recently when he spotted this coyote. We have a lot of coyotes on our property and they can really do some damage to the deer population. Especially the younger deer. So Brad decided to do a little quality deer management. Brad made a great shot at 8:15a.m. on 12/13/2008. The coyote was a male weighing in at 32 pounds with extremely sharp teeth. Great job Brad!

Very nice start to what looks to be a very nice site. I look forward to reading your posts.
Thanks for stopping by Rick!
The new site looks great! And great job and taking out one of the ‘yote population. We have them everywhere in Michigan, and I think it just keeps getting worse. I would love to kill one of ‘em some day.

Thanks Jeff! I am planning on getting after those coyotes hard after deer season is over.
My buddy Brad from Scientific Learning shot the bad boyd in the woods. Way to go Brad. We really need him to come to Mississippi and do the same. Great site.
